Glen Oaks HOA Minutes

Status of front entrance – Construction has begun.  Two estimates are arriving next week on the landscape lighting.  Selection of lights will be made after discussion with the electrician as to what is best and will last the longest.

Troon Golf – Glen Oak’s attorneys have finished a red-line copy of the document to be sent to Troon.  The document is now being looked at by the board to verify and will then be forwarded to Troon.  Once completed Troon will do the mowing of the entrance.

Financials – Our financial status is fine.  There are a couple of delinquent dues that will be followed-up upon after discussing with Charley Heard our accountant.

Christmas Party – Annie Riggs is in discussion with the chair person of this event.  Rich Wiley went over what Vinoteca at the corner was willing to offer our HOA if  the committee chooses to have the party there.  It was also suggested that maybe a January party would be better as everyone is busy from Thanksgiving to the New Year.

Election of Officers – A committee needs to be formed to look for prospective officers.  Rich Wiley will approach Joyce Rommanelo as to whether she was willing to take on this task as she has done it in the past.  Three officer positions are up for reelection – President, Vice President, and Secretary.

Architectural Review Committee – An eblast will be sent out that we are looking for additional members to join this committee.  Debbie Madrid should be contacted. 

2006 Annual Castle Pines North Master Association – Brian Stopps has volunteered to represent Glen Oaks HOA as our delegate at this event and if for any reason Brian is unable to make it Rich Wiley will be the alternate.

Next Meeting – November 14 – 6:30PM – to be held at Rich Wiley’s house
