Snow removal around both the BrambleRidge entrance and homes is managed by the Brambleridge HOA.
Public Streets- Snow Removal
All snow removal from public streets, which includes the CPN II streets and most streets in CPN, is done by Douglas County. The CPN II HOA, the Master and the Metro are not responsible for snow removal on public streets! For more on Snow Removal in CPN, please see the CPN Snow Removal page.
Pool and Playground
Homeowners in BrambleRidge are members of the CPN II pool. Adjacent to this pool is a children's playground with surrounding open space, these areas are owned and maintained by CPN II HOA.
