Sherry is the president and founder of CoffeeCakes.com, a privately held "Specialty Food and Gourmet Gift Internet Retailer.” She also founded, "Delish Baking Company," a privately held baking company that bakes gourmet delights for CoffeeCakes.com. The company specializes in selling items on-line that “Celebrate the Tradition of Coffee and Tea Time!” ™Sherry and her six business partners started as a bricks and mortar coffee shop in 1995. “Many customers asked us the same question - how can we send our delicious gourmet coffee cakes and gourmet coffee house gifts to friends and family around the world?" said Sherry. "We listened to our customers and started growing our on-line storefront as a gourmet gift site. By 2000 we became a 100 percent on-line Internet retailer and have not looked back since!”

Where is all the baking done? “Most of our baking is done in two locations on opposite sides of the country, one in Oregon and one in New England,” says Sherry. “The baked goods are then shipped all over the world.”

Coffeecakes.com has recently been featured on the Food Network, in the Internet Retailer magazine, and will be highlighted in the 2006 Entrepreneur magazine.
