Castle Rock Bank – A “Community Bank”

In a society with automated and “on-line” everything, it is refreshing to find a financial institution where serving the community means more than just offering banking solutions.

Castle Rock Bank is an independent, locally-owned community bank dedicated to giving friendly and personal customer service. From a full line of personal and business checking, savings accounts and certificates of deposit, to an array of loans and lines of credit, Castle Rock Bank offers a level of banking service that truly makes a difference to its customers.

“We fit a niche,” says Bank Vice President and Branch Manager, Paul Arvidson. “There are still people out there who want to be able to feel a deposit go into someone’s hand and be able to talk to them about their personal banking needs.”

Working with a community bank that has first-hand knowledge of the families, businesses, and institutions driving the local economy has distinct advantages for the customer, according to Arvidson. “Our strength is in our local ownership and control,” said Arvidson. Bank officers and the Board of Directors are comprised of local residents, and all banking decisions are made on the local level. The personalized banking relationship that customers enjoy is a benefit of that hands-on philosophy.

Castle Rock Bank owners and managers have a personal and economic stake in the local economy. They also support community events like the Castle Pines North Master Association’s annual Holiday Carriage Rides, Concert in the Park, and Octoberfest. “People attract people,” says Arvidson. “Supporting local events helps people to recognize us and helps us to get to know our customers.”

Castle Rock Bank has two convenient locations: 501 Wilcox Street and 506 Castle Pines Parkway – featuring a Starbucks Coffee. The bank is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday. The drive-through is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday.
