“Local knowledge that a realtor brings is critical to meeting the goal of the buyer and seller,” according to Jack O’Conner, broker of Prestige Real Estate Group, LLC in Castle Pines North (CPN). That, in addition to a unique buyer’s guide, is what O’Conner says sets Prestige apart from other agencies in the area.

Prestige Real Estate was started in 1999 and employs more than 300 broker associates. They have several offices in Douglas County, each strategically located in high profile areas to help consumers find them easily.

The CPN satellite branch, which opened 12 months ago, is at the doorstep to CPN and Castle Pines Village. It is home to ten on-site brokers, all of whom live locally. Each broker associate is trained to provide a menu of services to help sellers market their homes and to help buyers find one. According to O’Conner, Prestige’s agents have, on average, 12 years of experience. The consumers they serve benefit from that experience and talent.
