CPN Community-Wide Garage Sales
The CPN Master Association's annual Community-Wide Garage Sale is held each year in May. Individual Garage Sales in CPN Want to have a garage sale? We encourage you to participate in CPN Master Association Annual Community Garage Sale held in May each year. However, CPN residents can also host a sale at your home on other dates. CPN covenants prohibit posting of garage-sale signs along CPN’s roads for individual garage sales. Signage is allowed ONLY during designated Community Garage Sales.
