Daniel’s Gate resident Jason Gibb was recently selected to fill a vacant position on the Castle Pines North Master Association’s seven-member Board of Directors.  Gibb is the first homeowner from Daniel’s Gate to serve on the Master Association board.

“Jason is extremely interested in our community and we’re excited to have the first Daniel’s Gate resident serve on the Board,” said Linda Nuzum, Master Association President.

Currently, Gibb also serves as the newly elected President of the Romar HOA, which was recently turned over to homeowners by the developer in August.

Each neighborhood HOA in Castle Pines North names a Delegate to the Master Association.  Delegates elect the Master Association’s Board of Directors, and neighborhood HOA delegates are encouraged to participate in all of the Association’s meetings.

Individual homeowners are always welcome to attend the meetings, which are held the third Thursday of each month at 7 p.m., at the Community Center located at 7404 Yorkshire Drive.
