Metro District Names New Parks & Open Space Manager

Charlie Fagan joined the Metro District as Parks and Open Space Manager on July 26^th.  Fagan will primarily be responsible for the supervision and maintenance of all parks, trails, open space and landscaped areas within the Castle Pines North community.

With more than 21 years of experience, Fagan has a proven track record of success.  Since 1988, he served as the Director of the Parks, Recreation and Golf Divisions for the City of Golden. 

Fagan will oversee the construction of CPN’s new Castle View Park.  He will also be responsible for the upkeep of existing parks, trails and open spaces, and will coordinate the roadside landscape improvement projects planned for the community.
