The CPN Master Association would like to remind all residents to be careful, and cautious, this Halloween. Review these simple safety tips to ensure a safe Halloween.
Motorists should drive extremely slow. Be aware of children walking on sidewalks and on roadways. Children should avoid dark costumes that are difficult to see and always carry flashlights.
Do not let children trick-or-treat without adult supervision. Also, it’s important to make sure children know which areas are safe for trick-or-treating. It’s also essential that kids know that they should never enter homes, or apartments, without adult supervision.
