For the third year in a row, there will be no increase in Castle Pines North Master Association's annual dues. The bills, which will be mailed to residents in mid-February, will be $216 and be due by March 31.
Master Association dues are used to provide a variety of services and sponsored events for CPN residents.
Specifically, 30 percent of dues are allocated to the Master Association's operating budget-- the CPN Newsletter, community web site (www.cpnhoa.org), e-mail alerts, and community wide-social activities such as the Summer Picnic. In addition, this covers funding to improve landscaping along arterial roads, as well as legal and administrative support for community issues.
The remaining dues are combined with developer fees and funds from the CPN Metro District to build the Castle View Park.
