Neighborhood HOAs Utilize Master Association's E-Mail Alert System

More than half of the HOAs in Castle Pines North are taking advantage of the Master Associations e-mail alert system, and more than 83 percent of the homes in CPN are now signed up to receive messages!

For the past several years, the CPN Master Association has been sending an email newsletter to residents. Recent system changes now allow individual neighborhood HOA’s to also utilize the system.

The e-mail alert system is the quickest, most efficient, and most cost-effective way for an HOA board and/or committee member to communicate with the residents in their respective neighborhoods. The system is easy to use, and any member of an HOA board, or a resident authorized by the HOA board, may sign up to use it.

Currently, 16 out of 30 HOAs currently utilize the e-mail system. The neighborhoods with the highest percentages of homes signed up to receive e-mail alerts include: Pineridge Lifestyle, 95 percent; Claremont/Huntington, 91 percent; Glen Oaks, 88 percent; HOA 1, 85 percent; and Forest Park, 85 percent.

“The number of e-mails on the list keeps increasing, and the HOAs appreciate being able to use it to contact their residents quickly and easily. HOAs are using e-mail alerts instead of newsletters and mailings because it’s cheaper, and faster,” said Julianne Kemp of the CPN Master Association Communications Department.

The Master Association’s e-mail system is used to communicate CPN related news only. We never sell or share e-mail addresses with anyone.

“To ensure that everyone is on the distribution list, some HOA board members have been personally asking their neighbors to sign up,” said Kemp.

Residents who wish to receive e-mail newsletters distribution list can send an e-mail to maillist@cpnhoa.org. Please include your name and address in the body of the message.

If you are an HOA board members interested in signing up to be an authorized user of the
e-mail alert system, please send an e-mail to HOAUpdate@cpnhoa.org and include your name,
your neighborhood, and your position on your HOA board.

For more information, please call the Master Association at 303-482-3078, or click here for more details on the program.
