The lawsuit filed by Hidden Pointe HOA against the Castle Pines North Master Association was dismissed May 16, 2005. Both groups are beginning the legal work necessary to bring Hidden Pointe in as full voting members of the Master Association.

The suit, filed in September 2003, claimed that the contracts developed between the two parties in 1999 were invalid. In 2004, Hidden Pointe homeowners elected a new board of directors that has worked to solidify the relationship with the Master Association.
