Looking to hear from both sides of the debate on Referenda C and D?  The Town of Castle Rock is holding a debate on the issues Monday, September 26 from 6 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at the Philip S. Miller Library located at 100 S. Wilcox Street in Castle Rock. 

The forum will feature speakers both for and against Referenda C and D, TABOR and the RTD ballot issue.  The issues that pertain to the Town of Castle Rock will begin at 6 p.m. The discussion on the statewide Referenda C and D will begin at 7 p.m. House Speaker Andrew Romanoff will speak for Referenda C and D while Senator Tom Wiens will speak

This is a free forum and the public is welcome to attend to hear both sides speak on these issues.
