Legal counsel for both Hidden Pointe and the CPN Master Association are currently working to draft an agreement to grant voting rights to Hidden Pointe. The final documents will be sent to both boards for review and action.
The agreement will clarify and formalize Hidden Pointe’s rights of participation in Master Association decision-making process. Both parties hope to have the final document completed and adopted this fall.
In September 2003, Hidden Pointe filed a lawsuit against the CPN Master Association claiming contracts developed between the two parties in 1999 were invalid. In 2004, Hidden Pointe homeowners elected a new board of directors that worked to solidify the relationship with the Master Association. Hidden Pointe dismissed the lawsuit in May, 2005.
