Metro District Sends Letter to Village Homes |
||||||||||
Following the work session, the Metro District board of directors requested that District Manager James McGrady send a letter to Village Homes President John Osborne to explore the feasibility of purchasing CC-20. The Committee members have also expressed their interest in an additional meeting with the Metro District. “We think it’s appropriate to schedule a second meeting once we get a purchase price from Village Homes,” said Craig Johnson, CPN resident and committee member. “Support for purchasing CC-20 remains strong in the community.” As of press time, no response had been received from Village Homes. In addition, no revised plans have been submitted to Douglas County by Village Homes and no public hearings have been scheduled to date. Watch for any further developments at www.cpnhoa.org. To contact the Concerned Citizens Committee, please e-mail buycc20@cpnhoa.org. To contact the Metro District, please call 303-688-8550, or e-mail District Manager Jim McGrady at jmcgrady@cpnhoa.org. |
