Development Set for Northern Portion of Lagae Ranch
Parcel to be Purchased by HF Holdings, LLC
by Lane Roberts

More than 240-acres of the northern portion of the Lagae Ranch was set to be purchased by HF Holdings, LLC, as of press time. The parcel,
located behind King Soopers and adjacen to HOA1, was previously owned by A & A Investments, LLC.

Darwin Horan and Chris Fellows, principles of HF Holdings, LLC, will host two public meetings in August for residents in Castle Pines North (CPN). The meetings are designed to update the community on the preliminary concepts for future development of the property.

By communicating with local residents, Fellows and Horan hope to ensure that the development will be in line with the shared vision for completion of the CPN community.

"We've been discussing ideas with the Castle Pines North Metro District and want to work directly with residents of the community to share ideas," said Fellows. "Our goal is to ensure that we have a coordinated effort with our interests aligned."

Public meetings are set for August 3, at 7 p.m. and August 17, at 8 a.m., during the Parks Authority's monthly board meeting. Both meetings will be held at the CPN Community Center located at 7404 Yorkshire Drive.

Fellows and Horan said they are both committed to meeting the needs of the community and look forward to working with homeowners. "We are excited about hearing the ideas from residents of the community," said Fellows.

The CPN Community Completion Task Force, headed by Metro Board Vice President Mark Shively, had previously reported its ideas for completing the CPN community in January. "We have shared our concepts for the collaborative completion of the entire CPN community with members of the Metro District Board, Master Association Board and Parks Authority Board," said Shively. "While Lagae was only one of the topics we considered, it does appear to be moving forward."

Residents are encouraged to submit ideas and suggestions for the development of the northern portion of the Lagae property via e-mail to editor@cpnhoa.org. All suggestions from CPN residents will be shared with developers Fellows and Horan.
