The date for the second CC-20 public hearing before the Board of County Commissioners has been changed. The hearing will now be held on Wednesday,January 10, at 9 a.m. at 100 Third Street in Castle Rock; the hearing was scheduled for December 20, but was rescheduled because of the blizzard.

Zoned for commercial development, CC-20 is the 15.7-acre parcel located on the northwest corner of Monarch Boulevard and Castle Pines Parkway.

Residents are encouraged to attend.
