Improvements to the oldest park in Castle Pines North are set to begin in mid-July. The Metro District Board of Directors recently approved the $100,000 park improvement project.

The Retreat Park, located on Tangleoak Lane off of Castle Pines Parkway in The Retreat neighborhood, will now be home to new play ground equipment, a small pavillion, new benches, swings, sand box, six picnic tables, play motion rides, a rock wall, new water fountain and a barbeque grill.
