The Denver Dumb Friends League (DDFL) will present Wag ‘n Trail on Saturday, September 15, at the Glendale Farm Open Space located at I-25 and Surrey Ridge. Proceeds from the 1.6 mile hike will beneift The Buddy Center in Castle Rock. The event will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and will include food and pet-friendly merchandise vendors. Participants who raise a minimum of $75 in pledges will receive a commemorative t-shirt, photo with their dog, as well as ice cream for both doggie and owner. Wags and Purrs Adopt-a-thon The Denver Dumb Friends League is hoping to find homes for many pets on Friday, August 10 and Saturday, August 11. The Wags and Purrs Adopt-a-thon will be held from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at both the Denver shelter and at The Buddy Center. All adopters will receive a free Wags and Purrs Adopt-a-thon t-shirt.
