Candidate for February 12 Election City of Castle Pines North City Council Ward 3 Myron A. Clark
What have been your contributions to the Castle Pines North community? I was part of the group who worked to solve the community bankruptcy. I organized the original Cub scout/Boy scout triathlon and helped start the sprinkler blowout. Most recently, I served as a member of the steering committee which evaluated the feasibility of incorporation for CPN. What qualifications would you bring to this position? I have worked in the area of public law for over thirty years. I was Town Attorney for the Town of Silverthorne for 12 years, and Town Attorney for the Town of Blue River for 17 years. I have worked for the Town of Frisco, Summit County, Fairplay and Oak Creek among others. I have represented the City of Lakewood, and was Lead Prosecutor for The City of Westminster. I have served as a hearing officer for the Colorado Department of Education, and have been a Senior Assistant County Attorney since 2005. I am experienced in all aspects of Municipal law, including drafting ordinances, Planning and Zoning matters, Water issues, Transportation issues and all aspects of development. I am committed to my community of 22 years and have the experience and back ground to help us establish our new City and maintain the qualities and values of our community that make us unique. |
