What have been your contributions to the Castle Pines North community?

As a relatively new homeowner in the CPN Community, I will bring a fresh perspective to City Council. I have been an active volunteer and fund raiser for The United Way, The American Heart Association, The Boys & Girls Club of America, and several local community organizations in Upstate New York and Southern California. When my wife, Samantha and I decided to build our family here, we did so based on the unique environment that CPN provides. I will work to maintain and improve upon our community without changing the characteristics that attracted us here initially.

What qualifications would you bring to this position?

Our elected officials should strive towards two critical objectives. Maintain or improve upon the quality of services provided to their constituents, and manage revenue and expenses responsibly thus minimizing the tax burden to residents. In my 12+ years as a Project Manager and Efficiency Expert, I have a proven track record of delivering upon difficult projects on time and under budget. Many of these projects involved complex contract negotiations, budget management, vendor management, infrastructure development and resource prioritization. The same skills that have proven valuable to me in business will help deliver a fiscally responsible city government that provides quality service to all residents.
