What have been your contributions to the Castle Pines North community?

My family and I live in CPN and are dedicated to ensuring that CPN remains a unique community. Through my professional career in the financial and real estate industry as well as my neighborhood involvement I have become well versed on the issues and concerns of the residents of CPN. This first elected city council will be critical to the long-term success of CPN and I want to leverage my business background to ensure we have an effective and responsive city government.

What qualifications would you bring to this position?

I have been owner and president of Mountain States Lending since 1992 and Mountain States Capital since 2006. As a business owner, I am aware of the concerns that confront the CPN community and the issues that must be addressed like renewable water and thoughtful residential and commercial growth. I have been a licensed stockbroker and have a broad and diverse knowledge of financial markets and investment and lending strategies. Working as a financial specialist in real estate, I have had the opportunity to work on responsible land development that enhances residential property value while still maintaining the integrity of the community. I hope to use my business background and love for CPN to ensure our community remains special.
