What have been your contributions to the Castle Pines North community?

Approximately ten years ago I was employed by Greentree Homes to manage all of their sales and marketing for the community. In this capacity I was able to organize and manage the joint builders program that changed the image of Castle Pines North. Prior to the creation of a builder marketing group, Castle Pines North suffered from the bad press of a “bankrupt community south of Highlands Ranch”. Through our efforts we were able to bring a premier golf course to the community as well as create a positive perception of Castle Pines North. The Term “spectacular from every point of view” was developed during this time and with umbrella advertising and community enhancement promotions, Castle Pines was ultimately accepted as the great community it has become.

What qualifications would you bring to this position?

I have more than 28 years of dealing with municipalities and businesses relating to the development and finance of communities. It is my desire to bring both financial and practical business experience to the council in order to make a positive impact for the long term benefit of Castle Pines North. My ability to work with others will help to create a sense of community that will benefit the City of Castle Pines North.
