City Clerk Carl Kollmar will officially be sworn in on Monday, June 9, at
8 a.m. at the Justice Center in Castle Rock. Kollmar has been working
with other City representatives on a part-time basis during the past few months following a medical leave of absence. The ceremony is open to the public and all residents are welcome. Congratulations, Carl!
