RE/MAX Elite Announces Grand Opening in CPN

RE/MAX Elite is announcing new ownership, a new name, and a new office in Castle Pines North, featuring state of the art technology that will not only give customers extraordinary value, but also keep the company at the forefront of the industry.

RE/MAX Elite Broker/Owners Sandi Zimmerman, Elizabeth Owens, and Mary Anne DeYoung see the new office as not only an investment in their future, and the future of Douglas County real estate, but also an investment in the local economy.

The new office is located in the Castle Rock Bank building at 506 Castle Pines Parkway.

“Now is a great time to buy,” said Broker/Owner Mary Anne DeYoung. “Interest rates in Douglas County are still low, and there are many great opportunities for buyers.” Collectively, this team of Broker/Owners brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate, marketing, and finance to the new office and the local real estate industry.

Sandi Zimmerman has been active in the real estate industry for 28 years. Currently, Zimmerman is chairman of the board of Metrolist and has served as a director for the past five years. In 1988 and 1994, Zimmerman was named “Realtor of the Year” for the Douglas/Elbert Realtor Association.

Elizabeth Owens is a Certified Residential Specialist, she has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (“GRI”) designation and she is a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Owens’ peers selected her as a “Rising Star” among Realtors in 2006 and she was featured in an article in Broker Associate magazine for this accomplishment.

Mary Anne DeYoung serves as Managing Broker of the office and her background as CFO for 22 years in a publicly-traded software company will be invaluable to the operations and success of RE/MAX Elite. She is a member of the “Institute for Luxury Home Marketing,” the Douglas/Elbert Realtor Association, the Lake Havasu Association of Realtors, and the Arizona Association of Realtors.
