Walk for the Library Saturday, September 20

Residents of all ages are invited to Walk for the Library on Saturday, September 20.  The route will begin at Market in the Pines at Village Square Shopping Center and travel to the proposed library location at Castle Pines Parkway and Monarch Boulevard, and return to the Market.
 
The CPN Library Committee has created a banner to carry during the walk, and children participating will sign the banner.  If the library bond initiative passes this November, the banner will be hung in CPN's new library.
 
The walk is free to all CPN residents, but the Library Committee will be accepting donations for the library campaign.  
 
Please join the committee in showing support for a  new library in CPN.  Scouts, churches or any other groups wanting to walk together for this cause are welcome.

Community advocates Bob Hanek  and Sandra Kip present the Walk for the Library banner at the Metro District Board Meeting.  The banner will hang in the community center until the day of the walk.
