Elements Therapeutic Massage is now open in Castle Rock. Mark and Kristin Adams, two local entrepreneurs, have opened Castle Rock’s first Elements Therapeutic Massage studio at 323 Metzler Drive, near the Target Shopping Center, where every customer will receive professional massage services from a certified massage therapist in a luxury setting.

Mark and Kristin opened Elements because they both share a passion for health and fitness. Relaxation helps people re-focus and better deal with challenges and opportunities in their lives.

Whether it is over-exertion, recovering from an injury, stress and need relaxation, pregnancy, traveling, or one just really enjoys the therapeutic effects of massage, Elements therapists can meet all massage and relaxation needs. Therapy types include Swedish, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage and Hot Stone Massage.
