The Castle Pines North Master Association is sad to inform you of the loss of one of our great community advocates. Earl Millspaugh, current President of the Master Association passed away whilst at their cabin this week.

Earl had served on the Master Association Board since his appointment in September ‘08 and as President since December ’08. Earl was also Treasurer of Bristlecone Patio HOA. He was instrumental in the incorporation effort and worked tirelessly on the Election Commission. He was on the committee advising the City of CPN on their city management selection, the Finance Advisory Committee for the CPN Metro District and had just recently completed the Community Emergency Response Training (CERT) course with his wife Joan and other leaders from our community.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Joan and all their family.

The Master Association is in discussion as to an appropriate memorial to Earl in the community.  If you would like to provide input or donate to this memorial, or assist with a community memorial service to be held soon in his honor, please contact Vickie Hunt at 303-991-2773.
