Yesterday the community had the opportunity to ask questions and see conceptual designs for a new park in CPN. The Parks Authority was seeking comments on its proposed location.

There are two options, Lagae Park (next to the new American Academy) and Castle View Park (on the open space alongside the Community Center/Metro District building). At this time the Parks Authority only has the funds to build at one location.

If you were unable to make the Open House but would still like to comment on the plans or ask questions please do so by emailing . The next Parks Authority Board meeting is scheduled for Thursday 18^th June and would appreciate your comments before then.

At the next Parks Authority Board meeting the Board will be touring both sites from 9am to 10am when the official meeting will start at the Community Center.
