A meeting agenda is set and published, in advance, by the Master Association
office . Homeowners may speak on agenda items during the meeting. The meeting agenda also includes an open forum during which homeowners may introduce new items.

How Else Can You Participate?
Homeowners are always welcome to attend the Association's meetings, or may contact their neighborhood
Delegate, or call or e-mail the
Master Association.
The Master Association does NOT have an office location or an outside management company. The Master Association's management services are provided by part-time independent contractors who are professionals in their respective fields. Many of the contractors are also residents of our community.
