Forest Park HOA Dues & Financials : Contacts

Dues: $215.00 per Quarter

Financials

Forest Park HOA Dues are a recurring quarterly payment, due on the first day of the month in January, April, July, October.

HOA Invoices are sent on the 15th of the previous month, i.e. Invoices are sent on Sept. 15th for the October 1st HOA dues, December 15th for the January 1 due HOA dues, etc.

If HOA dues are not received by the 30th of the month of the month that they are due they are considered late.

A late fee of $20.00 per month will be assessed for HOA dues not received by the due date and 18% interest will be assessed per month for HOA dues not received by the due date, ($3.23 per month).

Homeowners with HOA Dues that are unpaid after 60 days, will forfeit use of the Clubhouse/Pool and Voting Rights until account becomes current.
