The Castle Pines North Master Association is your community-wide Homeowner Association, (HOA), that serves all residents in a variety of roles to enhance the overall quality of life in our area. The CPN Master Association services are funded via annual dues, which are paid separately from your neighborhood HOA dues.

Master Dues fund Community-wide Services and Parks

The CPN Master Association represents the entire community, working to resolve issues that impact our area. The Master Association uses various communications media to distribute important information to the entire community and provides HOAs access to these same tools for their respective residents (see HOA Communication Tools). The Master Association also sponsors various community-wide social events.

A large portion (70%) of your Master Association dues are contributed to landscape improvement projects and to building new parks in CPN, however, the Master Association does NOT own or maintain any property.  Community parks, trails, and open spaces are owned and maintained by the CPN Metro District. Neighborhood open spaces, trails, swimming pools and club houses are owned and maintained by individual neighborhood HOAs

What’s the Difference Between the Master Association and Other HOAs?

Information on the Organizations in CPN, including the Master Association and Metro District, can be found on the Organizations in CPN and the Neighborhood HOAs pages.
