Each Neighborhood HOA is invited to use the CPN Master Association’s HOA communication tools to reach their respective residents. There is no charge to the HOA; the Master Association pays all of the expenses related to these communication media.
HOA Meeting dates and times are posted on the CPN Meeting Calendar. Each HOA is also provided with a set of customized webpages for communicating with its residents. See Web- Pages for Neighborhood HOAs below.

Email Alerts - Available for HOA Use
For important, time-critical information, an individual HOA can use the Master Association's E-mail Alert Program to send e-mails to its respective residents. HOA members, who are authorized by their board, receive a login to the Master Association's E-mail Send program. They are then able to send timely e-mail alerts to their HOA's residents. Email addresses are never shared, and the program may only be used for Community and HOA information.
The Connection is mailed bi-monthly to all residents of CPN. Each issue of the The Connection includes individual Neighborhood HOA sections which can be used to notify residents of HOA news, events and meetings.
