All Forest Park Streets are private property.
Forest Park Drive is owned by the City of Castle Pines North.
Parking on Private Forest Park Streets is not allowed on a daily, continuous, or overnight situation.
Guests must park in the homeowners driveway when possible. Including contractors, yard crews.
IF there is a temporary/short term need for street parking, temporary parking on the ODD NUMBER ADDRESS Side of street will be allowed, if it is not a daily, continuous or constant situation.
Streets must be kept clear for access by Emergency Vehicles, School Busses, Snow removal Equipment and other vehicles.
None of our streets have sidewalks and many people walk daily on our winding, narrow streets.
Vehicles that park on the Forest Park Streets may be towed if access is prevented or impeded to any Emergency Vehicle, Snow Removal Equipment, School Bus, Pedestrian, other homeowners vehicle, of if the vehicle parks on the street daily, frequently, continuously, or overnight.
