Block Captains

In an effort jump start the HOA, communicate with the owners, and foster a sense of community here at BR, four positions for Block Captains have been established.

The intent of these positions will be as liaisons between the homeowners, the Board of Directors, the management company, and the developer. With the extraordinary changes occurring here (daily), it is important for homeowners to have an avenue to participate in the community, as well as a way to voice their concerns.
