Common Area Maintenance

Within the Estates at Buffalo Ridge, the common areas are maintained by the HOA.

Snow Removal

Snow removal from the private streets within Buffalo Ridge is managed by the HOA. Questions or concerns regarding snow removal in the HOA should be addressed to the HOA management company.

Street Maintenance

Within the Estates at Buffalo Ridge, the streets are are privately maintained by the HOA. The management company oversees private street maintenance, snow plowing, street sweeping and lighting maintenance. Questions or concerns regarding these streets should be addressed to the HOA management company.
