PineRidge is a covenant-protected community, and all changes to the exterior of your house or lot, including landscaping and changes in paint color, must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee.

How to Submit a Request for Approval

All PineRidge residents, including all Lifestyle and Villa/Carriage residents, should follow the procedures outlined in the PineRidge Improvement Guidelines.
