At the May 4, 2004 special district elections, CPN voters elected board members to the CPN Metro District, and Hidden Pointe residents elected Board Members to the water district for that neighborhood. In addition, voters throughout the southern suburban areas approved the South Metro Fire Rescue mill levy. Voter turnout was excellent for all three elections.

Hidden Pointe residents also voted to elect three board members to the Green Valley Water and Sanitation District. Hidden Pointe homeowners will now control three of the five seats on the board.
