Master Association Elects New Directors

Master Association Hosts 2005 Annual Meeting The Castle Pines North Master Association held their annual meeting on Tuesday, November 15th, at the Community Center. More than 35 homeowners attended the meeting. Board Unanimously Approves Hidden Pointe Resolution The Board of Directors approved the annexation of Hidden Pointe into the Master Association. Hidden Pointe residents now have full voting rights. The official documents were presented by Hidden Pointe resident and HOA board member, Jeff Porter. "I am extremely relieved and excited," said Porter. "This was certainly an interesting endeavor. I never thought I would get involved until I realized we were suing our neighbors." Delegates Elect New Board Members Delegates for various neighborhood HOAs also participated in the meeting to cast their votes for three new board members: Kim Hoffman, from CPN II, Ted Lohr from Bristle Cone Patio Homes, and Carol Finnegan from The Retreat. The Master Association said goodbye to Linda Nuzum, Board President, Director Brian Stopps, and Treasurer Sheri Brummett, thanking them for their years of service to the community. A detailed presentation of the many services provided by the Master Association was presented by Linda Nuzum, along with an overview of Senate Bill 100. The Master Association, with newly elected members, will hold their monthly meeting Thursday, December 8 at 5:30 p.m. in the Castle Pines North Community Center. At this meeting, the Board will elect officers to serve in the new term. Douglas County Sheriff David Weaver and Jamie Moore, Director of Emergency Management for Douglas County were the guest speakers at the Annual Meeting and discussed areas of concern for the community.
