CPN II is a covenant controlled community, changes to the exterior of the home must be approved by the HOA. Depending on your neighborhood, you will submit your change request to either CPN II or through your sub-HOA.
Design Review in Sub-HOA Neighbohoods
Residents in BrambleRidge HOA, and BristleCone Patio HOA submit change requests to their HOAs. For more information, see the appropriate HOA website or contact the HOA manager.
Design Review in CPN II Direct Neighborhoods
In the other CPN II neigbhorhoods Briarcliff, BristleCone Single Family, GreenBriar, StoneCroft, Winterberry homeowners submit requests for approval to the CPN II manager.
