CPN II Common Areas

Snow Removal

Homeowners in BristleCone Single Family, Stone Croft, Briar Cliff, Greenbriar and Winterberry are responsible for their own snow removal from their property (drive ways and sidewalks). The CPN II Association is only responsible for snow removal on the side walks at the neighborhood entrances for these neighborhoods.

Patio Homes - Snow Removal

BrambleRidge, and BristleCone Patio - refer to your respective Sub-associations for information on snow removal. Although CPNII does provide snow removal around the BristleCone Patio neighborhood entrance, BristleCone Patio HOA is responsible for the snow removal around the homes. Snow removal around both the BrambleRidge entrance and homes is managed by the Brambleridge HOA.

Public Streets- Snow Removal

All snow removal from public streets, which includes the CPN II streets and most streets in CPN, is done by Douglas County. The CPN II HOA, the Master and the Metro are not responsible for snow removal on public streets! For more on Snow Removal in CPN, please see the CPN Snow Removal page.

Playground

Adjacent to the CPN II Pool is a children's playground with surrounding open space, these areas are owned and maintained by CPN II.
