Homeowner Associations in Castle Pines North

Castle Pines North has a “family” of Homeowner Associations, (HOAs).  All residents belong to the CPN Master Association, which serves the entire CPN community, and most residents also belong to one or more Neighborhood HOA.

What’s the Difference Between the Master Association and Other HOAs?

Castle Pines North Master Association

The CPN Master Association represents the entire community, working to resolve issues that impact our area.  The Master Association communicates important information through a community newsletter, web site, and e-mail alerts, and newcomer welcome information.  The Master Association also sponsors various community-wide social events.

A large portion of your Master Association dues are contributed to landscape improvement projects and to building new parks in CPN, however, the Master Association does NOT own or maintain any property.  Community parks, trails, and open spaces are owned and maintained by the CPN Metro District.  Neighborhood open spaces, trails, swimming pools and club houses are owned and maintained by individual neighborhood HOAs.

Neighborhood HOAs

Most homeowners also belong to one or more of the 30 neighborhood HOAs which are responsible for property in their particular neighborhood. Each neighborhood HOA has a separate Board of Directors, management agent, and dues invoice.

The services covered by the neighborhood HOA dues vary by neighborhood, but may include:  trash collection; maintenance of common areas; maintenance of pools, clubhouses, and other facilities; neighborhood social events; and oversight of covenants and architectural guidelines.  Town homes, patio homes, and gated neighborhoods typically have additional property and maintenance associations, services, and dues.

Visit your neighborhood HOA for details on these activities,
