Calendar use and Community-wide Events
The Castle Pines North Homeowners Association community calendar is intended to list events and meetings of interest to CPN residents. This is intended for events that are open to all CPN residents or Neighborhood HOA events for residents of a specific neighborhood.

Eash of the Neighborhood HOAs is responsible for submitting the events they would like included in the Calendar. If your neighborhood's events are not included in this calendar, contact your Neighborhood HOA Board (see the Directory of Contacts) with your request.

The calendar is not intended for events that are commercial in nature. However, we may on occasion approve the posting of a for-profit event that is of significant interest to the community (such as the annual Craft Fair held at the Community Center, which involves a significant number of CPN residents as exhibitors and which many CPN residents consider to be an important part of the community's "holiday celebration". If you are a non-profit group that has significant membership from CPN, we may publish a major community event you sponsor (such as the annual Cub Scouts' Sprinkler Blowout Fundraiser).

If you have an online calendar you maintain for your group's activities, we may provide a link to your site.

Our calendar includes holidays where government offices and/or businesses are likely to be closed, and other Holidays or special days which may have a significant impact on the CPN residents' attendance at community events. If you know of additional religious or cultural observances that would fall into this category please contact us.

We reserve the right to make further clarification of policies for publishing calendar items.

The CPN HOA reserves the right to edit any freely submitted letters solely for length at the discretion of the CPN HOA.

3. This all works on the honor system. When listing "Stuff up for Grabs", please describe the items accurately.
4. Recipients are responsible for pick-up and/or making arrangements for transport.
5. All items are on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. The CPN HOA and the webmaster take no responsibility for the items offered or needed.. Donors and recipients participate at their own risk.
