On
the BBC, they have a show spotlighting a community's efforts to
build themselves a park or garden. It is volunteer, it takes time
and sweat. They have a celebratory party at the completion and
there is pride of place.
We
may not be on that side of the ocean but we have some community
open spaces that could use some community sweat - the new Coyote
Ridge Park and an additional trail around Daniels Park
Road.
So,
that is the question of the month - if it gets organized -
will you help? We are going to ask you for a contact point
if you are willing to help so that we can communicate with you
in more detail.
