21. Flagpoles – Freestanding poles are not allowed except for display at model homes. Up to two wall mount brackets per home are allowed.

22. Fountains – ARC approval is required for fountains.

23. Furniture, Outdoor – Any furniture placed outside must be specifically designed and made for outdoor use, ARC approval is not required.

24. Garbage Collection and Containers – Only one trash removal company, which shall be designated by the Homeowners’ Association, will be allowed to pick up trash in the subdivision on designated days. This procedure limits garbage trucks to 1 day a week and permits discount pricing.

25. Garages – All homes must have at least a two-car garage. Garage doors shall be kept closed when not in use. It’s recommended that garage windows facing the street be covered with a suitable interior window covering so that the interior of the garage isn’t visible. Cars should not be parked outside of the garage on a routine basis.

26. Gardens, Flowers – All flower gardens must be weeded, cared for, and carefully maintained.

27. Gardens, Trees – See Landscaping.

28. Gardens, Vegetable – ARC approval is required. The required landscape plan should detail size, type and location of garden. Compost piles are also subject to the ARC approval.

29. Greenhouses – ARC approval is required. Greenhouses will generally not be allowed. 30. Hanging of Clothes Outdoors – The hanging of clothes outside is not allowed. See Clothesline and Hangers.
