Rec Center: The proposal is for a publicly funded Recreation Center to be built in Castle Pines North (estimated to open in 2005). The Center, built with funds received from special purpose certificates issued by the Metro District, would be repaid from a combination of existing property taxes and Master Association dues. The Center's operations would be funded from user fees, and existing property taxes and Master Association dues.
